

Mary M. Eller, 88, passed away on October 16, 2017 at WellBridge of Pinckney. Mrs. Eller was born on July 9, 1929 to Dorothy J. (nee: Irons) and James W. Boys in Frankfort, Indiana. She married Phillip E. Eller on July 3, 1949. Together they raised their family beginning in Anderson, Indiana and later moving to Belleville, Michigan. They enjoyed golfing and bowling together and Mary liked sewing and knitting. As a family they enjoyed many camping trips together.
Phillip E. Eller, 90, passed away on July 29, 2016 in Bradenton, Florida. He was born on April 7, 1926 to Ella Mae (nee: Hobbs) and Arthur Eller. Mr. Eller was an Engineer with Ford Motor Company traveling between offices in Dearborn, Michigan, Mexico and other locations. Mr. Eller was an avid golfer (with two holes-in-one), bowler and fisherman. He met his future wife, Mary M. Boys, while she worked at Woolworth. He vowed to his friends after their first date that he would marry her.
The Eller’s are survived by their children, Linda (Randy) Cadotte, David (Laurie) Eller and Diana (Greg) Simpson; daughter-in-law, Mary J. Eller; grandchildren, Jared (Kimberly) Eller, David Eller, John (Lisa) Eller, Phillip Eller, Gregory Simpson and Kelsey Simpson; Mrs. Eller’s brother, Jay (Noni) Mitchell and Mr. Eller’s brother, Robert Eller. Six great-grandchildren also survive. Mr. and Mrs. Eller were preceded in death by their son, Steven L. Eller.
