Arthur David Farris

Predeceased by his beautiful wife of 65 yrs Joyce and son Paul as well as both parents ,4 sisters and 2 brothers. Survived by sister Sylvia Scott and children Arthur (Pam) Farris, Joyce Ann Farris Confurius (Don) Audrey Farris (Fred) David Farris, Hilda Decaluwe (Rob) Sherry Carver (Todd) Ike Farris (Sherrie) Jacqueline Farris, Sylvia Labadie (Travis, DeAnna, Evan) William Farris (Dawn)

Mick was a loving grandfather to 26 grandchildren, over 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

He was a jack of all trades. Working at his childhood farm with his family in Wolfville. Joining the army at 18 and traveling the world for 3 yrs. Breaking in horses out West to building homes in almost every province.

He will always be remembered for his leather coats, blue jeans and fedora. The first one on the dance floor. Always inviting you in for tea .

His hope for the paradise and love for Jehovah was always present.

One of his favourite scriptures

Revelation 21:4  "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes,and death will be no more,neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

Memorial at 2pm June 28th.
