My condolences go out to Curtis's family and friends. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Curtis was a great friend and a ball of laughs during the time he spend in Montreal. He will be missed. Rest now old friend.

My mother's best friend, so by proxy, he was my uncle. We shared March birthdays and Curtis always sent me a birthday card - he was so generous. I'll never forget the time my mom (Sharon Jewell Adams of Truro, now Halifax) and I visited you in Montreal about 20 years ago. I still laugh and smile at your antics! I am thankful for having you in my life and for being a true friend to my mother.

Curt, I really don't know what to say or how I'm feeling all I can say is that I'm profoundly heart broken and saddened that you are not here anymore and that I can't pick up the phone and call you anymore. When I visited Cousin Curtis a few days ago, we talked of how we are blessed that God is such a loving God, and that only He knows our hearts.  Who would believe he was 75 years old?  Because he was a free spirit and lived the life he was blessed to have, Curtis had many friends of every age and was loved by many people.  I am glad to have had him in my family and I know he has gone with God and is pain free.  Rest easy Curt.
