Jill Lorraine Bonham

Jill will be most remembered for her love and relationship with our Lord God, which she encouraged in others as well. Her kindness, generosity, beautiful heart and quirky humour were a delight to all.

She loved nature, from beautiful skies, sunrise to sunset to all critters great and small. Her spirit was always high when chatting about her friends and Pastor at Amazing Grace Baptist Church. She was loved by them and her daughter very much.

Jill is survived by her daughter Jody Marlene Bonham of Guelph, ON as well as many nieces and nephews, Gregory Smith, Trevor Smith (deceased), Dean May, Tammi May, Shaun May and Staci May. She was predeceased by her husband, John Charles Bonham (died December 2003), brother Warren Key Smith (died March 2006) and sister Darla Jaqueline May (nee Smith, died December 2013).

Service to be held Friday December 12, 2025 at 11:00 am at Jayne's Funeral Home,15 Birch Street, Digby with Pastor Brandon Lake of Amazing Grace Baptist presiding. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Baptist Cemetery, Digby, Nova Scotia with a reception to follow at Jayne's Funeral Home.
