Kathleen Igoe

Born in Northampton, England, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Dora (Munns) Cowley.

She is survived by her sister Mary Beck (Wally) of Befordshire, England; six children, Elizabeth Igoe Crompton of Grand Manan NB, Caroline Igoe of Fredericton NB, Susan (Martin) Abenheimer of Sydney NS, James (Connie) of Digby NS, Barbara Horsman, and Cathy (John) Connelly of St. Stephen NB; her sister-in-law Maureen Cowley; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her four brothers, Leonard (Florence), Lionel, Ronald, and William (Marjorie); her sister Grace (Les); and several nephews.

There will be no visitation at Kathleen’s request. A memorial service will take place at 2pm on Friday, October 5, 2018 Trinity Anglican Church in Digby. Rev. Laura McCue presiding. Interment to follow in Forrest Hill Anglican Cemetery, Digby.
