Pauline Nina Shaw

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pauline Nina Shaw – Age 92 of Deep Brook, who passed away September 28, 2016 in Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Upper Blackville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Grace (Peterson) Arbeau. Pauline was a long time past president of A. C. W., a longtime member of Good Neighbors Club. She ran her own sewing business for many years in Deep Brook. She enjoyed playing cards and going to exercise class. She will be greatly missed especially by her grand-dog, Zena. Pauline is survived by her daughter, Nancy (Roger) Mooney of Quispamsis, NB; special niece, Chris (David) along with many other nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Pauline was predeceased by, husband Gerald Shaw; sisters, Sadie, Queenie, Daisy, Lilly, Stella, Charlotte; brothers, Albert, Sidney, Wilson, Victor, Kenneth, Harvey and Raymond. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 Sunday October 2nd from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch Street, Digby. Funeral Service will be at 11am, Monday October 3rd from St. Edwards Church, Clementsport. Rev. Gordon Niesh presiding with interment in Old St. Edwards Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
