Phyllis Arabelle Ruggles Titus

Titus, Phyllis Arabelle – Age 86, of Centreville, passed away September 30th, 2013 in Tideview Terrace. Born in Clementsvale, Phyllis was the daughter of the late Percy and Gladys (Frail) Ruggles. She worked at CFB Cornwallis as a cook; Gabriel’s Flower Shop and cooked for the Boys Camp in Sandy Cove. Phyllis was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch #20, Digby. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting Phyllis is survived by daughter, Juanita (Murray) Longmire, Hillsburn; stepdaughters, Cheryl (Tony) O’Neil, Digby; Linda Vickery, Edmonton, Alberta; grandchildren, Wanda (Danny) Thibodeau, Milbury Lake, Donna (Brian) Bent, Granville Centre, Bruce (Laura) Longmire, Hillsburn; great-grandchildren, Brandon (Sarah) Thibodeau, Delaps Cove, Tamara Longmire, Hillsburn; great great-grandchildren, Katie, Isaac and James Thibodeau; nieces, Grace (Elgin) Banning, Ontario; Norine (Mike) Chretien, Quebec, Juilanne (Denis) Beaulieu, Ontario, Johanne (Eve) Quevillon, Quebec; nephews, Donald Jr. (Scott) Ruggles, Ontario, Wayne(Julie) Ruggles, Quebec, also several great-nieces and great-nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by husband, Frank Titus, brothers, Calvin (Marian) Ruggles, Quebec and Donald (Huguette) Ruggles, Quebec. Visitation 7-9pm, Thursday October 3rd, from Jayne’s Funeral Home, 7 Birch Street, (245-2525) Digby, also where the Funeral Service will be at 11am, Friday October 4th. Pastor Randy Risinger will preside with interment in Union Burial Ground, Lake Midway. Family flowers only.
