Rossee was a wonderful lady. It saddens me to hear of her passing. I worked briefly with Rossee at DRHS and Digby Elementary. My heartfelt condolences are being sent out to Rossee's entire family, friends and co-workers.

I am fortunate to be included in the wide circle of friends and acquaintances that Rossee chose to love. As our friendship grew over the years I understood that people were the most important part of Rossee's life. Her directness and lack of complaint with her own circumstances made me feel less inclined to whine and fuss when my own road became a bit rough. Led by Rossee's example I could pull up my socks and move on. With Rossee's energy and independence she seemed to thumb her nose at the expectations of age, with fight and vigor that was amazing. I am honored to have met and shared friendship and laughter with such a selfless woman. Her help and kindness showed no limits. Rossee you will be missed...and remembered, because I know I'll laugh at times and ask myself, "what would Rossee say to that?"

I worked with Rossee at Digby Elementary School for many years, enjoying her efficiency, kind nature and great enthusiasm for children and books. We had many laughs and good times. We organized the school book fairs together for several years and she put many extra evening hours into running them. My sincere condolences to her family - she was a lovely person!

Rossee was the best librian ive ever met in school i was around her since i started school and went to them she was a nice lady and it upsets me to see her pass away, she was a nice and carin lady. She will never be forgotten by me or anyone else in the school shes helped

I was shocked to to read of Rossee's passing.  My sympathy goes to all her family.  I worked for many years with Rossee when she was librarian at DRHS.  Her warm smile always welcomed everyone, students and teachers, to the library. We shared many stories and I always knew I could count on her assistance in whatever I needed in the library.  She added a wonderful warmth to our staff.  I will always have pleasant memories of Rossee, and I know that she will continue to live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Sorry to hear of Rossee passing,  my kids loved going to see her at the digby elementary library.  and she always had a smile for everyone.

So, so sad to read today of Rissie's recent passing. I have known her since she was just a little girl. Looking at the photos here, I see that she never lost that wonderful smile!   My most sincere condolences to all Rossie's family.

I just heard of Rossee's passing today, All of my daughters loved spending time with her and are sad at the news of her passing, our  deepest condolences to all of her friends and family at this time. The girls say it will not be the same without her .

Rossee was my neighbor when I lived on third Avenue. She was a very kind lady and my daughter at the joy of knowing her when she got to elementary school.  My thoughts are with her family and friends at this very sad time!

I just heard of Rossee's passing today and want to send my sincere condolences to her family and friends.  I worked with Rossee at DES for a few years.  She was a lovely lady. What I remember most was her great hair and beautiful smile. I particulary admired how organised she was right down to how she packed her lunch.  I also enjoyed the many conversations we had about what was happening on "The Street". :)  May she rest in peace.
