Janis passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2012, at the age of 77. She was a realtor in Dinuba for 28 years. She was also very active in the Dinuba community with the Chamber of Commerce, Dinuba Woman's Club, Alta Historical Society, and the Dinuba Presbyterian Church just to name a few.
Janis is survived by her husband, Brad McCord; three daughters, Shelly Grady of Osage, IA, Denise Williams of Oakdale, CA, and Celeste Gretz of Rogue River, OR; her twin sister, Janet Thomason of Paso Robles, CA; and nine grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 28, 2012, at the Dinuba Presbyterian Church
