It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Joe T. Rivera, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Joe passed away peacefully on December 24, 2024, in Dinuba, California, at the age of 77.
Born on May 3, 1947, in Guanajuato, Mexico, Joe moved to the United States where he built a life filled with love, dedication, and hard work. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Florence Rivera, and a proud father to his children, Timothy Rivera, Marie Rivera, Jennie Rivera, and Joe T. Rivera, Jr. Joe’s legacy lives on through his cherished grandchildren, Monique, Anthony, Kristopher, Isabel, Emily, Sean, and Cloe, all of whom he adored.
Joe’s family was at the heart of everything he did, and his presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for his loved ones.
A funeral mass for Joe will be held Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 356 N Villa Ave, Dinuba, CA 93618. Following the funeral mass will be an interment at Smith Mountain Cemetery, 42088 Rd 100, Dinuba, CA 93618.
