Born in Harbin, China, to missionary parents, Johnnie passed away in Reedley on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at the age of 83. He was Cutler-Orosi Post Offices first mail carrier. His career lasted 30 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Isaak, in 2009 and by his brother, Daniel Isaak.
Johnnie is survived by his three sons, Steven Isaak, of Reedley, Jody Shelby, of Visalia, and Lloyd Isaak, of Selma; two daughters, Sharron Sentman, of Fresno, and Shirley Arias, of Reedley; four brothers, Pete Isaak, of Reedley, George Isaak, of Redlands, CA, Walter Isaak, of Fresno, and Albert Isaak, of South Carolina; three sisters, Helen Isaak, of Reedley, Betty Carson, of Winatche, WA, and Martha Kliewer, of South Carolina; and six grandchildren.
