Peter Michael Bellin, 76, beloved instructor passed away on June 30, 2015. Born in Connecticut, he came to California in 1962. Peter is survived by his daughter, Jenifer Bellin, his son, Chad Bellin, and his grandchildren, Autumn Souza and Cameron Souza.
He served in the US Army 2 years in Poitiers, France where he met Nancy. They were married for 33 years and remained close friends forever. He taught and coached at Orosi High School for 23 years, earned a Master's Degree from the University of San Francisco and taught Sociology and Psychology for the College of Sequoias for 30 years. His dedicated career with Tulare County Office of Education began in 1987. Peter will be remembered as Mr."B" -- the funny, outrageous, sensitive instructor who loved and helped more of his students than anyone could possibly imagine.
His Memorial service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, August 15,2015, at the Gateway Church, 1100 S. Sowell St., Visalia, CA. In lieu of Flowers, there will be a remembrance basket at the Memorial Service for Donations to the Valley Oak SPCA.
