Phillip is survived by his wife Kathy Soto, his sons Jason Soto and Loga Calcote; and his daughter Brandie Smith; his sister Marcella Alig, his brother John Alig and his brother Jesse Alig; his grandchild Waylen, his grandchild Adrianne, his grandchild Isaias, his grandchild Nevaeh, his grandchild Jovani, his grandchild Nola, his grandchild Madison, his grandchild Taylor, his grandchild Jaime, his grandchild Lilly, his grandchild Lucas and his grandchild Lexus.

Phillip was preceded in death by his father Phillip Soto and his mother Carolyn June Soto.
