Anne Forman, 96, of New York City, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2025. Born on July 28, 1929, in New York City to Dave and Jennie Cooper, Anne lived a life defined by unwavering kindness. A devoted mother and wife, she married Gerald Forman and together they raised two children: Neil Mitchell and Stacy Lyn.
Anne is survived by her children, Neil and Stacy; her four beloved grandchildren, Alexandra, Jacob, Max, and Ava; and a wide circle of friends whose lives she touched with her gentle spirit and generous heart.
A graveside service will be held at Wellwood Cemetery, located at 1500 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704, on November 2, 2025 at 10:30am.
