The funeral service for Arthur will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 12:00 PM at I. J. Morris, 21 East Deer Park Road, Dix Hills, NY 11746. The burial will occur immediately following at the New Montefiore Cemetery, 1180 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11704-1012.
