Bernice Smith age 93 of Commack, NY passed away on Saturday April 18, 2015. May her memory be eternal. Funeral services will be held at IJ Morris Dix Hills on Thursday April 23, 2015 commencing at 10:00am with interment to immediately follow at the New Montefiore Cemetery in Pinelawn, NY. Shiva will be observed immediately following services at (38 Burchell Blvd. Bayshore, NY) from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Service of New York.
