David Levy, age 61, of Smithtown, New York passed away on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. David was born June 1, 1960.
A graveside service for David will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 1:30 PM at Mount Golda Cemetery, 500 Old Country Rd, Huntington Station, New York 11746.
