Leah Lopez, age 94. Passed away October 18, at her home in Florida.It’s with very deep sadness that I inform you of the death of my Mom, Leah Nyear Lopez who passed away last evening after fighting a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
The funeral will be a graveside service at Wellwood Cemetery, 1400 Wellwood Ave, North Babylon scheduled for 11:00 AM. Please meet at the parking lot by 10:45 AM.
Shiva will be at the home of Marty and Marcia Nyear, 133 Eastgate Rd, Massapequa Park, NY 11762 on Sunday from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. The family is requesting that you wear a mask at the shiva since Marcia is getting over Covid today, Wednesday October 19.
