Schwartz, Pauline 95 of Commack, NY sadly passed away on June 29, 2014. She was loved by all and will be sorely missed. Funeral Services will be held at the I.J. Morris Funeral Home 21 East Deer Park Rd Dix Hills, NY, 11746 on July 2nd, 2014 at 10:00am. Interment will take place immediately following at the New Montefiore Cemetery in Pinelawn, NY. Donations can be made to Gurwin Jewish Geriatric.
