Funeral services will be held later at Highland South Funeral Home in Knoxville, TN. Local arrangements are being handled by Byrd Funeral Home.
Mrs. Scott was born May 23, 1928 in Knoxville, TN and resided in Dothan for the past 16 years. She attended the Church of God of Prophecy.
Survivors include two sons, Donald Richard Scott of Knoxville, TN and Larry Eugene Scott and his wife, Janet, of Knoxville, TN; a daughter, Gail Head and her husband, Billy of Dothan; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.
