Mr. Wiley was born in Union County, NC on Nov. 21, 1929 and lived the early years of his life there. In 1964, he moved to Asheville where he resided for over 30 years. Mr. Wiley was a retired mechanical and electrical engineer. He was a member of Blue Lake Baptist Church in Chipley, FL and was a resident of Dothan for the past 5 years.
Survivors include his wife, Nancy H. Wiley of Dothan, AL; three children, William Michael Wiley of Dothan, AL, Robert Thomas Wiley of Dothan, AL and Carolyn Wiley Kocheck of Auburn, AL; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild; two sisters, Anne W. Gregory and Martha W. Bookout; one brother, Robert A. Wiley; several nieces and nephews also survive.
