Annie Ruth Rollins joined our Heavenly Father to traverse the streets of gold with her personal Savior and her husband of sixty-three years. She departed this life peacefully on July 15, 2025, at the age of 97 and abandoned her pain wracked body on this earth to walk in the joy of her earned place in Glory.
Born in Paulding County, Georgia on January 1, 1928, to Fred and Katherine Deal, Annie Ruth lived a life defined by compassion, resilience, and unwavering faith. A devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, she touched the lives of all who had the blessing to know her. Her gentle spirit, warm smile, and kind words left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Annie Ruth dedicated her life to caring for others—her family and neighbors alike. She believed in the power of community, the strength of prayer, and the beauty of service. Over the years, Annie Ruth was active in many organizations including The Order of The Eastern Star for over twenty five years. As an avid cook, her kitchen was always open, and her heart even more so. In her spare time, she could be found crocheting a masterpiece, as that was one of her most cherished hobbies. Her legacy is one of grace, love, and a deep, abiding faith that carried her through life’s joys and challenges.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Benjamin Keith Rollins, Sr., her parents, and her brother, Curtis Deal. Annie Ruth is survived by her son, B. Keith Rollins (Billie Jo), her grandson Jason B. Rollins (Paige), and her great-grandchildren; Benjamin, Baylor, and Brayson along with a host of relatives and cherished friends who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
Though she may no longer walk among us, Annie Ruth Rollins’ light will continue to shine through all those lives she so beautifully touched.
