Dana J. Fields, age 42 of Powder Springs, GA. passed away peacefully on January 16, 2015. She was formally of Bradenton, FL. A memorial service will be held 1:00pm Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Whitley- Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home in Douglasville.
Dana was preceded in death by her grandparents, Melvin D.Hess and Francene D. Hess and aunt, Suzanne M. Hess.
She is survived by her mother, Donna L. Holdsworth; father, Bruce A. Holdsworth; children, Garret A. Holdsworth, Marcus L. Fields, and Jacob T. Wozniak; brothers, Daniel Lawrence, David Harless, Ty Cavender, and Anthony Holdsworth; sisters, Summer Holdsworth and Jessica Holdsworth; uncle, Dewey Hess; aunt, Kay King; nieces, Sarah Lawrence and Danielle Lawrence; nephew, Rowen Holdsworth, and numerous cousins and friends.
She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She was loved by many and will be missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 11:00am-1:00pm Sunday, January 18, 2015 at the funeral home.
