He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Jean (Dailey) Horne and his two children.
Born on September 6, 1956, to Lois McMichen (Haley) David resided in Douglasville, Georgia. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Diversified Sourcing Solutions, a staffing agency he and his wife operated out of their home in Douglasville.
In accordance with his family's wishes, his body was cremated. The family will hold a private celebration of life at a later date.
