Mr. James Paul Worley, age 63, of Lithia Springs, died early Friday morning at a local hospital. A native of Erie, PA, Mr. Worley was born on July 24, 1952, the son of the late James Thad and Patsy Pfening Worley. Prior to retirement, Mr. Worley was employed with Dennis Taylor & Company. He proudly served in the United States Army being stationed in Germany.
He was preceded in death by his parents. His father was the captain of a shrimping vessel and was lost at sea in the 1950's. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Kimberly.
Survivors include his wife, Suzanne V. Worley; and one son, Michael Worley.
Memorial services for Mr. Worley will be conducted on Saturday January 2, 2016 at 4 p.m. from the Rosehaven Chapel of the Whitley-Garner Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Mallory officiating.
