JoAnn Jarrell, age 73, of Buchanan, Georgia passed away December 10, 2014. Ms. Jarrell was a resident of Countryside Heath Center. JoAnn was born in Cartersville, Georgia and was one of fourteen children born to Jeff Davis and Lou Ella Gravley Jenkins. JoAnn enjoyed staying at home and being a homemaker and a mother. JoAnn really loved her family and enjoyed family visits and would often entice family members to come over for egg sandwiches. JoAnn had a sparkle in her eyes for angles and loved yellow roses.
JoAnn is preceded in death by both her parents, two brothers, J.W and Bill Jenkins as well as two sisters, Lula Hendrix and Lizzie Dupree.
JoAnn is survived by 3 children; Michael Jarrell, Stacey Moulin and Sabrina Jarrell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Per her wishes JoAnn was cremated. A visitation has been scheduled for Saturday December 13, 2014 from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. with a memorial service and celebration of her life to follow in the chapel at Whitley-Garner at Rosehaven funeral home.
