Mr. Lamar Emory Huff, Jr., age 72 of Peachtree City, Georgia, died Sunday, June 19, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Huff was born on April 9, 1944 the son of Idola Gunn McCawley and the late Lamar Emory Huff, Sr. He was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Kinney “Kinn” Huff Smith and Lamar Emory Huff Smith. Survivors include his mother, Idola G. McCawley; his daughter, Leslie Smith Huff; one son, Johnathan Huff Dunton;, one brother, Bill Huff and one sister, Bonnie Huff Elkins; first wife, Rita Kinney Randall and second wife, Bridgette Escovedo; grandchildren, Garrett, Jourdan, Summer, Jude, Chloe, Sam, and Tamra; great –grandchildren; Cheyann and Kinney along with aunts, uncles , nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services for Mr. Huff will be conducted on Thursday June 23, 2016 at 3 p.m. from the Rosehaven Chapel of Whitley – Garner Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Rutherford officiating. Burial will follow in the Rosehaven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2 p.m. until the funeral hour. The family will host a reception in the Legacy Room of Whitley – Garner Funeral Home following the services on Thursday afternoon.
