Margaret Louise Woodall

Mrs. Margaret Louise (Burton) Woodall, age 78, of Douglasville, GA passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021. She was born in Hartwell, GA on January 17, 1943. Having lived in Douglasville for many years, Margaret was a former member of Prays Mill Baptist Church. She was family oriented – always wanting to spend time with her family whether playing board or card games. She enjoyed being with friends and going shopping for antiques. A gardener at heart, Margaret also enjoyed growing beautiful flowers (mainly roses). With her quick wit, she could always have a comeback and liked to solve puzzles. She worked as a sales associate with Wal-Mart for nearly 10 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Buck and Helen (Heaton) Burton; a daughter, Margaret Lucille Fargason; and two of her siblings, James Harry Burton and Gladys Mildred Garner.

Left to cherish her memory are her surviving children, Joel Buckner and Phyllis Todd; a sister, Theda Yvonne Blonshine; and her nine grandchildren: Cody (Anna) Burton, Michelle, Deanne, Randall, Samantha, Amanda, Alicia, Ashley, and Nathaniel.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, July 10, 2021 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. A funeral service will be held in the Rosehaven Chapel at 11:00 am officiated by Pastor Ron. She will be laid to rest following the funeral at Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens, 581 Veterans Memorial Hwy Mableton, GA 30064.
