Patricia was born in Atlanta, Georgia on November 19, 1941 the daughter of the late Henry Felton Harris and Annie Bell Chadwick Harris. As a homemaker, her life had been completely built around her family, they were her world! Through the years she enjoyed visiting casinos in Murphy and Cherokee, North Carolina and most recently to Biloxi. Patricia had coached the softball team for her daughter, Tammy and she was able to keep up with her girls on facebook. She loved poker nights on Friday at sis’s home and as a baseball fan enjoyed the Braves games. In her younger years she would go with her brother to Atlanta for singing competitions.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Neal Smith, brothers and sisters-in-law, Jerry and Linda Harris, Paul and Barbara Harris, Bob and Cheryl Harris, sister and brother-in-law, Donna and Jack Rascoe, granddaughter, Ashley Smith, honorary son, Brian Prewett several nieces and nephews also survive.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Herman Leroy Fox, brothers, Joel Harris, Louis Harris and Dennis Harris.
The family will receive friends at Whitley Garner at Rosehaven Funeral Home on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. The Memorial Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. and the inurnment will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Rosehaven Cemetery.
