In his younger days Mr. Eidson served as a Heavy Vehicle Operator in the United States Marine Corps and enjoyed riding motorcycles. After his military service, he went to work with UPS as a Truck Driver retiring after 40 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, camping and boating as well as watching the Atlanta Falcons on TV.
Mr. Eidson is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Rene Eidson; daughter, Rachel (Roy) Horsley; son, Ryan (Claire) Eidson; grandchildren, Katie Horsley, Hailey Horsley and Shanna Horsley and brothers, Michael (Deborah) Eidson and David Eidson.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 31 from 5pm to 8pm. In accordance with his wishes, Mr. Eidson’s body will be cremated after the visitation.
