Sally Jo Pasley

Mrs. Sally Jo Pasley, age 79, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away Saturday, February 23, 2018. She was born August 20, 1939 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren. Sally loved her cats, being in the yard gardening and interior decorating. She was a devoted Christian and was a member of First Baptist Church of Douglasville.

Mrs. Pasley was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Severe; mother, Hildred Severe Gobal; brother, Robert Severe; and sister, Charlene Bridges.

Sally is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, John “Jack” Pasley III; son, John Christopher Pasley; daughters, Angela Harris and Melanie (Michael) Pasley Biggs; three grandchildren, Lauren Biggs, Mary Biggs and Karsyn Biggs; as well as numerous other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM in the Rosehaven Chapel with Bill Shipp officiating. Interment will follow at Rosehaven Memorial Park.
