Mr. Shan Jason Moltke, age 32, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on Sunday, August 29, 2021. He was born in Queens, New York on January 18, 1989. Shan strived for unity within his family, whom he adored with all his heart. Especially his 2 little girls. He loved to sing and loved all kinds of music.
