Mrs. Theresa B. Valla, age 95, of Douglasville, GA passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015. She was born February 9, 1920 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. She enjoyed dancing, especially clogging, and was a member of the Red Hat Society.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Steve Valla and parents, Alex and Mary Kuplen.
Mrs. Valla is survived by her sons, Richard and Ron Valla; sister Ann Meszaros; two grandchildren, Shawn Valla and Kimberly Valla Porter; three great-grandchildren Hannah Porter, Caitlin Porter and Kayleigh Porter as well as numerous other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday December 13, 2015 from 11 o’clock am until 1 o’clock pm. A funeral service will follow in the Rosehaven Chapel at 1 o’clock pm. Interment will be at Rosehaven Memorial Park.
