Mrs. Virginia Anne Maxwell, age 90, of Marietta, GA, formerly of Douglasville, GA, passed away October 1, 2016. She was born April 5, 1926 in Colquitt, GA to the late Samuel G. and Mildred A. Underwood. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Paige Maxwell.
She is survived by her daughters and son-in law, Linda Clary and Brenda Joyce and Jeff Hafer; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, Sam Wood.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 4:00 PM from Mozley Memorial Gardens with Rev. Anthony Cowan officiating.
Interment will follow in Mozley Memorial Gardens.
