James Elbert Tracy, 93, left this world to be with the Lord on Friday, October 29th, 2010. Born in Nebraska on 11/18/16, "Jim" was a long time resident of Downey, CA., along with his wife of 27 years, Mattie Tracy. He was also a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a churchgoing man, an avid golfer, a member of the Elks Lodge, a retired US Postmaster, and a veteran of the armed forces. James Tracy will be laid to rest at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA on Wednesday, 11/03/2010 at 10:00 am following a graveside military service. Arrangements under the direction of Miller-Mies Mortuary, Downey, CA.
