

Thomas Anthony Woznak, known to his loved ones as Tom, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2023, at the age of 78 in Dublin, Ohio. He was born on August 12, 1945, in Dunkirk, New York, to the late Anthony and Catherine Woznak.
Tom was a devoted family man and cherished his wife, Wendy (LeBarron) Woznak, and his two daughters, Brandy (Michael) Liba and Sunshine (Carlos) Welch. He was a doting grandfather to his grandsons, Michael Liba Jr. and Mark Liba. Tom also leaves behind his brother, Timothy (Gail) Woznak, and his sister, Trudy (Neal) Mathews. His dogs, Roxy and Lady, were constant companions and brought him much joy.
Tom served his country as a proud member of the United States Marine Corp for four years, including one year tour of duty in the Vietnam War. His dedication to duty and commitment to his fellow soldiers were unparalleled. He also attended the 2023 Honor Flight trip to Washington D.C.
After his military service, Tom enjoyed a fulfilling career working in multiple grocery stores and retail stock positions on the third shift. He was known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail.
In his free time, Tom loved spending time with his beloved dogs, trying his luck at the casinos, exploring new places through travel, and hitting the golf course.

The Schoedinger Funeral Home in Dublin, Ohio, is assisting the family with the arrangements. The celebration of life is at The Church Next Door, 5755 Feder Rd, Columbus, Ohio 43228, on January 13, 2024 at 12 pm in the West Wing.
For those who knew Tom, we would love to have you join us to share stories and good memories. A Celebration of Life for Tom will be held on May 5, 2024 at the Colony House (876 Main Road, Irving, NY 14081) at 5:00pm.
Tom will be remembered for his quiet demeanor, his unwavering devotion to his family, and his willingness to go above and beyond for those he cared about. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
