

Brent was born January of 1951 in Duluth to Edwin and June Loberg.
He graduated from Denfeld High School in Duluth in 1969 and was united in marriage to Carlotta Trotta November 21, 1970 at St. Peters Catholic Church in Duluth. Brent attended and graduated from the Missouri School of Auctioneering. He was licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin and was an auctioneer for close to 40 years. He and Carlotta also owned and operated Wolffs Flower Shop in Duluth.
Brent was a member of the Masons, Shriners, the Order of Jesters, Scottish Rite, West Duluth Men's Business Club Association, Lions Club and the Sunset Leauge Golf Club. Brent donated his services to many non-profits conducting benefit auctions.
Brent was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Mardelle Evavold.
Brent is survived by his wife; one daughter Blythe (Terry) Aldrich of Andover, formerly of Duluth ; one son Brent (Lauren) of Eagan formerly of Duluth; 5 grandchildren, Toby, Kienna, Bodey, TJ, and Lilah; they called him "Poopy Joe" one brother Jack of Fridley; mother-in-law Genevieve Trotta of Duluth; several more relatives nieces and nephews and many close friends to numerous to mention.
His laughter and genuineness will resonate in us all forever. SOLD!!
Visitation: Sunday, January 5th 4-7 pm at Bell Brothers Funeral Home, 601 N. 56th Ave. W. with a 6:30 p.m. Masonic Service and visitation will also be one hour prior to services at the church.
Funeral Service: Monday, January 6th 11:00 a.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, 6822 Grand Ave., with Reverend Cindy Rasmussen officiating. Burial will be at Oneota Cemetary.
