Edith Lillian Sundeen

Edith was born October 31, 1921 in Duluth to Maria and Charles Sundeen. She was a graduate of Denfeld High School and Young and Hursh Business College in Duluth. Edith retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 20 years as Administrative Coordinator in Minneapolis.

She was a member of the National Association of Retired Federal Employees and the American Swedish Institute.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maria and Charles Sundeen; brother, Arnold; and sisters Helen Olson and Elna Noreen.

Edith is survived by nephews, Dale (Sharon) Noreen of Duluth, Dennis (Alica) Noreen of Zeeland, Michigan, and Jerry Noreen of Willow River; nieces, Karen Noreen of Duluth, Comilda (John) Weinstock of New York, and Dimitra Reber of Ohio; several grand nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank JA Wedum Hospice House for their loving and devoted care of Edith.

Visitation: 10:00 am until the 11:00 am Memorial Service Monday, July 14, 2013 at Bell Brothers Funeral Home, 601 N. 56th Ave. W., Duluth with Rev. James K. Hagen officiating. Inurnment will be at Park Hill Cemetery, Duluth.
