It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Winnie Taylor. Winnie is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years Alan, children Margaret (Brian) and Doug, grandchildren Shawn (Mary), Aleisha (Lee), Hunter and Maddi, great grandchildren Taylor, Mason and Rachel. Born in Vancouver, BC where she graduated Nursing School at VGH. She met and married her lifelong partner Alan, then moved to Vancouver Island. She was very involved in the Duncan Curling Club for many years as well as constantly supporting my brother and I in our horseback riding and other interests. She was gentle and kind and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. There will be no service by request. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
