Frances Helen Knudsen was born on April 21, 1928 in Omaha, Nebraska. Her parents were Ellen and Jorgen Knudsen, both of whom immigrated to the United State from Denmark. Frances married Marvin Christensen in Omaha on June 17, 1965 and they were together for 58 years. She is survived by her husband, Marvin; daughter, Linda Montgomery; son, Dean and niece, Andrea Sherman. Although growing up in Omaha, Frances became a transplanted Texas in 1970. Throughout the years in the Dallas/DeSoto area she made many dear friends. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Cedar Hill since it’s inception. Frances was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed being around others and always had a smile on her face. She will be remember fondly by so many.
