Born August 9, 1945 in San Antonio, Texas and passed away July 6, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by his mother Doris Mitchell and brother Ricky Mitchell. Survived by his son Scott Garner and wife Renae, daughter Rhonda Johnston and husband Greg, 5 grandchildren Christopher Jay, Michael Jay, Justin Garner, Peyton Jay and Dalton Garner and 1 great grandson Ryan Jay,2 brothers Roger Mitchell and wife Paula and Danny Moore and 1 sister Bonnie Hunter. Memorial Services will be 10 AM Saturday July 11, 2015 at David Clayton & Sons Memorial Chapel with Dr. Matt Harness officiating. Following the services the family will receive guests in the Banquet Hall at David Clayton & Sons Funeral Home.
