Mildred Porter Williams

Mildred Williams Born December 6, 1923 in Dunbar, Texas and went home to meet her Lord and Savior on January 4, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 93. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Henry C. Williams, Jr., parents Jess and Eva Porter and her brother Bill Porter. Mildred is survived by her daughter Sandy Brown and partner Richard Kinney of Anchorage, AK, daughter Sharon Miller and husband Dan of Galveston, TX and son Jeff Williams and wife Sherrie of Pottsville, TX, niece Bonnie McIntire, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, and numerous friends and relatives including her best friend Blanche Collins. Family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday January 6, 2017 at David Clayton and Sons. Funeral Services will be 2 PM Saturday January 7, 2017 at Freetown Road Church of Christ , 1038 Freetown Road, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051 with her nephew Danny Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Little Bethel Memorial Park where Mildred will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Henry C.
