Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital surrounded by her family and friends on Thursday, January 5, 2012 in her 62nd year. Wife of John "Jack" Thompson for 36 years. Proud mother of Jamie Thompson and his partner Francis Yeh. Daughter of Velma Reiter of Luthersburg, PA. and the late Roy Reiter. Survived by her Sister Patricia Tickner, three nephews, two nieces, six great nephews and eight great nieces. Fondly remembered by Bob and Mary Young and by her aunts and uncles. Best friend of Lynne Woods. Lynda was a huge fan of the Hamilton Tiger Cats and a member of Cats Claws Tiger Cat Fan Club.
