Pauline, a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, was one of 11 children.
She is survived by siblings Helen Rotach, Delbert (Beverly) Webber, Arthur (Judy) Webber, Charles (June) Webber, and Albert (Edna) Webber, and by sons Everett L. Rice (Loraine), Daniel C. McNeel (Kitty), John McNeel, and Gary (Lynn) McNeel and daughters Carol (Mike) Steffen, Peg (Phil) Bulebar, and Jean (Pete) Fisher. She had 21 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
The family will welcome friends today, January 23, at Moss Feaster Funeral Home in Dunedin from 2 -3 pm with a service beginning at 3pm.
