Cody Ray Brown, age 29, of Dunn died Sunday, June 12, 2022 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn.

Cody was born October 17, 1992 and is the son of Melvin E. Brown and Lisa Jones Brown and is preceded in death by a sister, Jordan Brown. He also preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Alvin, Hill, Sr. and paternal grandfather, Melvin Brown.

He is survived by, other than his a parents: A Daughter: Kailey Brown of Roseboro, NC. and Son: Keegan Brown of Spring Lake, NC.

A Sister: Genie Brown of Dunn, NC and A Brother: Trent Brown of Dunn, NC.

Maternal Grandmother: Gail Pilkington Smithfield, NC and Paternal Grandmother, Margaret Brown of Dunn, NC.

Uncle: Kenny Pilkington of Smithfield, NC

Nieces: Lexi Brown and Peyton Brown and one nephew, Jayden Brown all of Dunn, NC.

Cousin: Mazzy Pilkington.
