Jarvis Ray Bass

Mr. Jarvis Ray Bass, age 73 of Erwin died Monday, June 5, 2023 at Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, NC.

Mr. Bass was born December 29, 1949 in Harnett County the son of the late Herbert Junior Bass and Thelma Louise Beasley Bass and is preceded in death by his brothers, Junior Herbert Bass and Charles Wayne Bass.

Jarvis was full of life and enjoyed life to the fullest, he was always smiling and had a great sense of humor. He never let life get him down. He never met a stranger.

Jarvis enjoyed going to church. He played the guitar and loved country music, wrestling and listening to the radio. He always stayed busy.

A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023 at 11:00 am at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Dunn, NC. Burial will follow in Spring Branch Church Cemetery.

He is survived by: Two Nieces: Lou Ann McKoy & Christopher of Erwin, NC.

Sheila Smith of Erwin, NC.

Several Great Nieces and Nephews and Great Great Nieces and Nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 9, 2023 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn.
