Johnny McKerry Phillips

Mr. Johnny McKerry Phillips, 70, of Phillips Rd., Dunn died Sunday, August 10, 2014 at his home. Mr. Phillips was born March 03, 1944 in Harnett County, the son of the late John D. & Lola Lucas Phillips Bagley and is preceded in death by a grandson, Jon Christopher Phillips. He was a loving family man and was honored to be a United States Navy Veteran. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, August 14, 2014 at 6:00 PM at Cromartie-Miller Funeral Home with Rev. Timothy Rice officiating. Surviving include his wife, Darlene Craven Phillips of Dunn, two Daughters, Johnna April Fann and husband Gary and Cindy Phillips Jackson and husband Kent, two sons, Christopher Lee Phillips and wife Sylvia and John Paul Phillips and Veronica, two sisters, Geraldine Martin of Glasgow, KY and Judith Gail Altman and husband Tommy of Dunn, grandchildren, Nathan Floyd Barefoot , Rachel Elizabeth Barefoot, Brandi Phillips Medlin, Samuel Waylon Medlin, Wyatt Edward Medlin, Aaron Dennis Allen, Christopher Lee Phillips, Jr., Katelyn Ann Phillips and Matthew Paul Phillips and several nieces and nephews. The Family will receive friends Thursday evening from 5:00 – 6:00 PM at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn and other times at his home, 2408 Phillips Rd., Dunn.
