Ricky Allen Beasley

Ricky Allen Beasley, age 68, of Dunn, died on Friday, April 2, 2021 at his home in Dunn.

Ricky was born on November 4, 1952 in Harnett County the son of the late Gerald Merrick Beasley and Doris Jane Beasley and is preceded in death by his son, Robert Beasley. He is also preceded in death by a Grandson, Ryan Beasley and a Great Grandson, Conner Hodges and brother, Phil Beasley.

Ricky worked for Paul Beasley Concrete as a truck driver for many years. Ricky was a people person, who enjoyed talking and joking with people especially children. He never met a stranger and always had something to say to you to make your day a little brighter. He always had a joke to tell and had a forgiving heart. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed everyday even the bad days.

A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Erwin Memorial Park.

He is survived by: his wife of 33 years: Melinda Parrish Beasley of the home.

Daughters: Donna Freeman & (husband) Billy of Erwin, NC.

Melody Jackson & (husband) Stanley of Dunn, NC.

Melissa Dennis of Dunn, NC.

Brandy Lee McWhorter & (husband) Stephen of Wade, NC.

Daughter-in-Law: Karen Beasley of Bailey, NC.

Sisters: Wanda Bryant & (husband) Jerry of Ridge Springs, SC.

Phyllis Buck & (husband) Dave of Erwin, NC.

Brother: Wayne Beasley & (wife) Marie of Erwin, NC.

Special Friend: Kim Stanfield

13 Grandchildren and 10 Great-Grandchildren and one on the way.

The family will be receiving friends Monday Evening, April 5, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn, NC.
