Robert N. Pierdomenico

Robert N. Pierdomenico, 94, passed away on January 18, 2026. Robert “Bob” was the beloved husband of Anita (deceased 9/18/13), father of Harry, Roberta (Mitchell Soth), and Linda Pierdomenico (Kevin Campbell). Bob was also grandfather to Daniel Pierdomenico, Katherine Pierdomenico-Brown, Kathryn Steves, and Gianluca Gullo, as well as great-grandfather of 5. Bob also left behind his best friend, Mickey, a maltipoo who had been his much loved companion.

Bob was a proud Staff Sargeant (military policeman) in the Air Force serving in French Morocco during the Korean Conflict. Upon returning to the US, he was stationed Ent Air Force Base where he was lucky to meet and marry Anita Sanchez.

The family moved to Binghamton, NY where Bob earned his engineering degree and spent his working years at NYS Electric and Gas.

Robert was a lifelong sports fan who had a passion for basketball, bowling (he bowled a perfect 300 game), softball (winning the Senior Olympics) and an ardent fan of the Yankees.

Robert will be buried alongside his wife Anita at the Vestal Hills Cemetery in a private service.
