Dear Kathy, Alayne and Family, So sorry about Ted's passing. He was a great guy, a great public servant, and a great community member. I enjoyed working with him, and it was a pleasure to know him. I remember the old Bell Aerospace and Comptek days and was shocked to hear of the passing of Ted. We always had a laugh to brighten the day. May God bless you and your family.

Although most of our conversations had to do with our mutual response to a local emergency, you were always the gentleman and pleasure to work with.  As an elected official, you were always the person who sincerely cared about the people you served and one who did his job well.  As I pray

So sorry to hear of Ted's passing, words just can not describe what a top notch man he was. I have had the honor of knowing Ted for only about 12 years and always looked up to him with respect.
